Where possible, customers should inspect the external condition of the package when receiving it. If there is visible damage, broken packaging or reason to suspect transport damage, customers are encouraged to record the condition with the courier and notify the Trader as soon as possible. By placing an order for an alcoholic product, the customer confirms that they meet the applicable legal age requirement. The Trader and/or courier may request identification or other suitable proof of age upon delivery. If it cannot be established that the recipient is aged 18 or over, the shipment may not be handed over. A new delivery charge may apply if the order is sent again. Where an order has been prepaid and is returned, any refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the Returns & Refunds Policy published on the website.
